What’s the difference between fibrillenstrucktur and felderstrucktur fibers?

Fibrillenstrucktur are fast-twitch muscles (analogous to the “white meat” on a chicken). Felderstrucktur are slow-twitch muscles (analogous to the “dark meat” on a chicken).
